Shipping and Delivery

After your order has been accepted, we will confirm with you the expected delivery date and time.  We reserve the right to refuse any claim or request for product exchange.

 

Delivery Service & Delivery Areas

 

We are able to provide delivery service through SF express delivery.

We offer delivery service ONLY to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region areas including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories commercial and residential addresses.

Delivery Services are including restaurant and hotel areas.
Delivery Areas DO NOT included: Restricted Areas in Country Parks, Outlying islands, Disneyland, Lau Fau Shan, Lung Kwu Tan, Chek Lap Kok, Sha Tau Kok and warehouse address. 
We have the right to refuse delivery if SF express delivery service does not cover the areas or if their services is temporarily suspended due to special circumstances, such as and not limited to the following:
  • Restricted districts and areas that our vehicles cannot access;
  • No authorized or legitimate unloading area within 50 meters of the building of the delivery address.
  • Non-permanent address;
  • Hotel guest rooms;
  • Any conditions due to COVID restrictions

 

Limitation of Liability

 

All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only.  We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.

Title to the Good(s) shall remain vested in us until we receive full payment of the price, and risk shall pass to the customer upon delivery/collection of the Good(s) ( as the case may be ).
